Which is right for you?

Frequently Asked Questions
Do freehold homes have maintenance fees?
Generally no. Some freehold townhome communities have a small "Parcel of Tied Land" (POTL) common-element fee for shared roads or amenities, but it is much lower than a condo fee. Your agreement will state it.
Is a condo or freehold a better investment?
Both can perform well. Condos often have a lower entry point and strong rental demand; freeholds include land, which historically appreciates. The best choice depends on price, location and your strategy.
